Good for a short stay
Hotel room was spacious and clean. Facilities in the room were adequate. Very comfy bed Location nearby to town centre
Parking area at the hotel was difficult to navigate due to sharing with residential units. Very limited parking for hotel guests. Buffet breakfast food option quite limited.

A very new hotel located near Johor's Immigration, just...
A very new hotel located near Johor's Immigration, just a short distance walk from Immigration to hotel, but not really recommend to walk because without shelter walkway and must walk from the main road which have a lot of vehicles passing by, which will be dangerous for family with children. Reasonable price with not so bad breakfast, room are very accurate with the photos showed in Booking.com, room is spacious with electric over which able to heat up our own foods brought from outside. A small sofa inside the room are a plus point for travelers who came back from outside to rest without need to directly sitting on the bed.
Check in & check out are slow, waited nearly 25 mins to check in and 20 mins to check out. Understand this is the common problems in hotels located in Johor due to weekend travelers from Singapore or other states of Malaysia. Hope the procedure can be more faster in future.

I’m super upset with the hotel housekeeping department.
I’m super upset with the hotel housekeeping department. On my day 22 sep 2019, I check out from the hotel at 12pm. The moment I return back to home just before 1pm, I realised that I’ve left some clothings hanging at the hotel shower handle railing. Immediately I contacted the hotel but the hotel told me they told me they will unable to find my items. After I check out from the room, only the housekeeping staff will be only able to enter my room. So what had happen to my items.

What was the highlight of Capri by Fraser Johor Bahru
Worth well trip for normal staycation, but don't expect luxury from it.
Location is good, some of the staff looks polite, but some are not. Price for stay is worthy.
In overall for breakfast was not to standards, the bacon was soak in water and it doesn't taste well, for their local delights, also didn't taste well as well. Have been to quite alot of fraser's accomodation but just stating according to their standards. For cleanliness, we found hair and stains in the bathtubs. Floor is abit dusty, as we walk barefooted, Offered free parking, but would be good to offer waive off valet fee for tourist vehicle.
