Good for a short stay
Hotel room was spacious and clean. Facilities in the room were adequate. Very comfy bed Location nearby to town centre
Parking area at the hotel was difficult to navigate due to sharing with residential units. Very limited parking for hotel guests. Buffet breakfast food option quite limited.

Worth well trip for normal staycation, but don't expect luxury from it.
Location is good, some of the staff looks polite, but some are not. Price for stay is worthy.
In overall for breakfast was not to standards, the bacon was soak in water and it doesn't taste well, for their local delights, also didn't taste well as well. Have been to quite alot of fraser's accomodation but just stating according to their standards. For cleanliness, we found hair and stains in the bathtubs. Floor is abit dusty, as we walk barefooted, Offered free parking, but would be good to offer waive off valet fee for tourist vehicle.

I’m super upset with the hotel housekeeping department.
I’m super upset with the hotel housekeeping department. On my day 22 sep 2019, I check out from the hotel at 12pm. The moment I return back to home just before 1pm, I realised that I’ve left some clothings hanging at the hotel shower handle railing. Immediately I contacted the hotel but the hotel told me they told me they will unable to find my items. After I check out from the room, only the housekeeping staff will be only able to enter my room. So what had happen to my items.

What was the highlight of Capri by Fraser Johor Bahru
Pleasant condominium style stay
Hotel is very new and modern and well and adequately furnished. It has a condominium appeal and yes, next connecting block to the property are actually private residences. I like the hotel’s minimalist appeal and ambience. Love the sleek and eco-look of the lobby. My executive king room has a bigger floor area with a kitchenette and dinner area. I like that extra space. The property has quality fixtures with good finishing. The bathroom is also nicely designed and they provide pristine white, clean and thick towels and plant based and aromatic bath toiletries. Rain shower pressure is good enough. Too bad there’s no bath tub. Reception staff are pleasant and efficient and check in was a breeze on a weekday. My room is very quiet and I hear no noises from other room occupants. Overall we enjoyed our stay at Capri and will get back soon.
Although the hotel is very near to the checkpoint and malls, it’s still secluded in a residential area with no nearby shops unless you walk to the mall areas which is about 10-15 mins. The route there is not user-friendly as you may have to jay-walk in order to navigate your way there. So we rather take a grab ride to and out of hotel area. The kitchenette ceramic floor is a tad dirty with black shoe stains. Apparently Housekeeping staff did not mop the floor when they cleaned the room. Bathroom wise, there’s no hair conditioner in the dispenser and only 2-3 pieces of tissue paper left in the box. These provide some inconveniences for us but I can’t be bothered to call up housekeeping to replenish them as thankfully I brought along my own toiletries. Hotel breakfast is a tad too expensive if they are not included in the room rates. I must say they are not value for money for the fare they provided.
